Tell us who you are
The law is the same for everyone; the way you comply with it is not. Pick your case and we take you straight to it.
I drive myself. I issue and show my own document from my phone, with no dashboard and no fuss.
See my case →I manage drivers and lorries. The document reaches every phone on its own.
See fleet plans →I subcontract the haulage. I create the document and invite the carrier.
See how it works →I want it inside my ERP/TMS, with an API, an SLA and an annual contract.
Talk to sales →The countdown has already started
From 5 October 2026 the control document for domestic haulage in Spain, cabotage included, must be electronic; the paper one loses its legal validity. The driver carries it on the phone or printed, always with its QR code. International journeys use the documents set by the international conventions, such as the CMR consignment note.
How it works
The QR code and the PDF live inside the phone. On a mountain pass or in an underground loading bay, the document comes up all the same. Nothing to download at the worst possible moment.
One huge button lights up the screen, blocks the back gesture and shows the QR code ready for the officer's scanner. No menus to hunt through on the hard shoulder.
No GPS tracking and no advertising; advertising cookies only if you accept them. The PDFs are generated on the device itself. The document is identified by a UUID that cannot be enumerated.
Why DeCMR
Encryption at rest with our own key (AWS KMS), eIDAS advanced electronic signatures and an architecture aligned with the Esquema Nacional de Seguridad (Spain's national security framework). Your data, locked down.
Offline-first for real: the document opens instantly with no connection. If a payment fails, the documents you already issued keep showing for a seven-day grace period so you have time to sort it out, and you can always export them with their signatures.
Thorough legal compliance: Ley 9/2025 (the Spanish Sustainable Mobility Act), Orden FOM/2861/2012 (the Spanish order governing the control document), Resolución de 5-jun-2026 (its technical requirements), GDPR and eIDAS. The document is held in custody for the full year the law requires.
Roadside mode
Brightness at maximum, giant QR code, zero interaction. The PDF is served over an obfuscated URL with no passwords and no CAPTCHAs, exactly as the law requires.

Engineering for trust
Encryption at rest with a key we manage ourselves, auditable and with cryptographic erasure.
Advanced electronic signature over the data itself, with the private key on the signer's own device. And every signature carries a timestamp from an independent authority; if that authority does not respond, the document is issued anyway and says so. It is a non-qualified timestamp: evidence of the time, without the legal presumption a qualified timestamp carries.
No GPS tracking and no advertising, and advertising cookies only if you accept them. The place of a signature is only attached if the signer switches it on. Data minimisation and retention bounded by law.
Serverless infrastructure inside the European Union, scalable and with no single points of failure.
Pricing
A single minimum penalty pays for years of DeCMR. The driver's app is free, always.
More than 50 drivers? Enterprise, from 599 €/month
Prices exclude VAT. Every plan keeps each document in custody for 7 years. From the app and the dashboard you can open it for at least one year after the service ends; extended access to the full 7 years is included in Fleet M and Enterprise and optional in Owner-operator (+5 €/month) and Fleet S (+20 €/month). The plan button opens the dashboard: you register, choose a plan and pay.
Management users per plan: 1 administrator in Owner-operator; 1 administrator + 1 manager in Fleet S; up to 2 administrators + 6 managers in Fleet M; unlimited managers and up to 3 administrators in Enterprise. The admin sees all of the company's documents —the ones it issues and the ones it receives and accepts by filling in or signing its part— and each manager sees their own drivers' documents. Seeing a document is not showing it: the QR only works on the road while the document is assigned to a driver with an active seat.
Large operator
B2B API, roles built to fit, SLA and dedicated support, export of your documents in the UN/CEFACT data format used by eFTI platforms (DeCMR is not a certified eFTI platform), and an annual contract your procurement team can file. From 599 €/month, fixed price.
Carry it in your pocket
Downloading it costs nothing and the driver needs no account: open the document, tap Roadside Mode and the officer scans the QR. The plan is purchased in the dashboard, from the browser.
We are not collecting emails yet. As soon as we open, the launch notice will be right here.
Beyond Spain, too
The same document, issued under the CMR Convention: with its jurisdiction clause, the particulars it requires and labels in two languages. Valid in 40 countries across Europe and its neighbourhood.
